Governor Matt Mead signed Wyoming’s first anti-trafficking law!

On February 27, Wyoming sent a strong message that human trafficking will not be tolerated within its borders. Victims can come forward knowing that state agencies stand ready to assist them in rebuilding their lives. This is a significant milestone for anti-trafficking advocates around the country--now all 50 U.S. states have declared this human rights abuse illegal!

Please take a few minutes to thank your state senator and representative for their support. You can find their contact information at: http://legisweb.state.wy.us/LSOWEB/LegInfo.aspx

IJM wants to extend our heartfelt thanks to the state policymakers who championed this bill and to all of you who emailed, called, testified and prayed for its passage.

You did it!
